Edamame Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in butter until translucent, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the cauliflower, edamame and chicken broth and simmer until the edamame are softened.
  2. Puree the mixture until smooth and season to taste.
  3. Plate, garnish with the yogurt and ham, and serve.
